Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen, animals, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy
At Killers Feeders, we take immense pride in the health and quality of our livestock. We use industry-leading packing techniques to ensure your new arrivals reach you safely. However, because shipping involves external factors, we offer the following guarantee.
1. The Guarantee
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. If your order (or any part of it) arrives deceased, we will issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement for the cost of the animal.
* Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a claim, the following conditions must be met:
First Attempt Delivery: You must accept the package on the very first delivery attempt. If you are not home or provide an incorrect address, the guarantee is void.
The 2-Hour Window: You must report any losses within 2 hours of the official delivery time stamp provided by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
* Temperature Safety: We reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F at either the origin or destination.
3. How to File a Claim
If an animal has passed away during transit, do not discard the remains or the packaging. Please follow these steps:
Take at least two clear photos of the deceased animal. One must be inside the unopened original shipping bag, and one must be of the animal placed on a flat surface outside the bag/container.
Email the photos along with your order number to killersfeeders@gmail.com within the 2-hour window.
We will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours.
Exclusions & Fine Print
We are not responsible for deaths caused by carrier delays (mechanical issues, weather, or lost packages), though we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Our guarantee covers Arrival only. Once the animal is placed in your tank/enclosure, we are no longer responsible for its health.
Bonus animals included for free are not covered by this guarantee.
Pro-Tip: If you see your package is delayed or the box is damaged, take photos of the box before you even open it. This helps us hold the shipping carrier accountable!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
